Your account and trial
Verify your email and keep your login private. Registered accounts without plan access get two free downloaded videos, up to 60 seconds each, with a GScreen watermark; the on-screen preview stays clean. Free accounts also have one lifetime character-generation try and five lifetime character-order requests. AI stages, Ask Levi, instrument generation and character animation need plan or active tester access.
Included editing
Use your original song, manual song-key correction, video alignment, green-screen removal, stages, front/side/rear footage assignments, camera moves, effects, characters and instrument mixing. Added instruments have their own volume, mute, solo, trims and fades; enhancements do not rewrite your original song or lead vocals. Account saves and editable .gscreen computer files are different from finished video downloads.
Monthly plan limits
Each plan has one monthly AI credit balance to spend across any AI tools, with no separate paid feature quotas. Creator includes 9,420 credits, Pro Artist 26,820 and Studio & Agency 74,200. One Levi question costs 850 credits, stage generation 50, character generation 190, five-second animation 2,450, instrument recording 400 and character order 85. A request is blocked if your balance cannot cover its posted cost. Credits measure included AI use, not money, a provider bill, cash value or a promise of actual running costs. The former planning units convert exactly at 1 unit = 1,000 credits; earlier accepted attempts in the same month retain their equivalent debit. Agreeing again does not reset usage. Credits reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC; unused credits do not roll over. Free lifetime character/order tries remain separate and do not reset monthly. Tester access has its granted plan's credit balance and can end when its code is disabled. Manual editing, playback and exports do not spend AI credits; storage, trial download counts, export length and aspect limits still apply. Full-length editing does not mean every plan can download the full project.

What counts as an AI use
A new generation, regeneration, character order or Levi question spends its posted credit cost once accepted and claimed, or one applicable free lifetime try. An accepted request can count even if its later generation fails or you discard the result. Requests rejected before a claim use no credits or free tries. Saving an existing look or editing its name does not generate again. A combined instrument recording is one layer, not guaranteed separate stems. There are brief request cooldowns; provider availability and additional rate limits can interrupt service. A confirmation before each AI action shows its credit cost, current balance and balance afterward, or remaining free tries. There are no automatic overage purchases or extra charges.
Credit top-up packs (not yet available)
Proposed one-off packs are Starter boost 5,000 credits, Creator boost 15,000 credits and Studio boost 35,000 credits, at provisional prices of about $10, $25 and $50 USD. These packs CANNOT be purchased now: payments are not connected and no top-up offer exists. Prices, credit amounts, expiry, rollover, taxes and refund terms are provisional and must be shown and agreed separately before any purchase opens. Nothing is ever added or charged automatically. Until purchases open, your only AI balance is your monthly plan or tester credits.
Video lengths, saving and performance
Export length includes intro, scene and outro. Creator permits up to 30 seconds in 9:16 or 1:1; Pro Artist up to 60 seconds in any supported size; Studio & Agency has no plan length cap, but browser memory and performance still apply. Trial exports are limited to 60 seconds. Media over 500 MB is rejected by the project-media save path. Total retained account media is capped at 1 GB for Creator, 3 GB for Pro Artist and 10 GB for Studio & Agency; free accounts have 0.5 GB. GB means one billion bytes. In-flight saves and old retained media copies count. Storage does not reset monthly. Files already above a new cap remain readable; further uploads stop until space is available. Save to your computer or remove unneeded account projects; no automatic storage purchases. Keep your original media and .gscreen backups, and wait for Saved before leaving. Missing media may prevent saving or opening.
Review your results
Recording is real time on your computer: steady 30fps, frame-perfect cuts, exact harmony, physical depth, true 3D and automatic singing lip sync are not guaranteed. Photo mouth motion is experimental loudness-driven movement, not word-matched lip sync. Matching front/side/rear performance footage is required for those stage views; missing or short angle coverage blocks export. Rear validation is your manual confirmation, not independent certification. The rear-take status uses five checks; the full review also includes watching the downloaded video. Review placement, keying, song sync and fades again after changes. Editor and codec compatibility vary; MP4 is preferred when supported, otherwise WebM may need conversion of a copy.
Your media, privacy and permissions
Only upload music, footage and images you own or are allowed to use. Get the person's permission for a look-alike. You retain your rights in your own original media; this does not guarantee commercial rights in every generated result. Account media is stored privately; AI requests send prompts and supplied references to generation providers, whose permitted retention may vary. This is a service/limits agreement, not permission to use someone else's identity or copyrighted work. Do not share passwords or reset links with Ask Levi.
Prices, payments and changes
Displayed prices are estimated USD monthly launch prices, not a current purchase offer. Payments remain disconnected, so GScreen cannot currently collect subscriptions, renew them or offer an in-app cancellation/refund checkout flow. Any future paid offer must show its final price, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Material changes to these terms require a new agreement; your acceptance is recorded with its version and time. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
